* On request I'm releasing a 32bit GUI version again.
* Added: pilot level setting. You can change the pilot tone level +/-30%
* Changed: setting of the pilot shift from +/-10Hz to +/-20Hz
* Fixed: in the console version the pilot shift would not reach a negative value
